In year 1975 we installed the first real estate one in End of the East, located in Parada 1 of the Bava in the building "Mare Nostrum", where it remains at the moment.

Like part of a successful policy of expansion, opens the first branch in the zone of Punta Ballena, soon in the attractive bath of Jose Ignacio, and ls later branch of Barra, to the east of the Stream Maldonado.

With this expansion we obtained an important presence in all the zones from Punta Ballena to Jose Ignacio, including the countryside. This strategy has turned to us the real estate one that better cover has, managing to catch properties and fields in all the points of the country.

At the moment we continued being a familiar company, directed by Mieres in third generation, we maintain our principles and the traditional customized attention, and have added to ours know how the professional and technological resources necessary to respond to the demanding real estate market successfuly.

We can affirm with pride that we did not improvise, we know the business very well real estate. We are a team of 15 people working altogether to satisfy its necessities being used the highest standards with quality.
